Creative lead for AE’s International business and Flagship stores in the U.S. Researched design and graphic trends in fashion and marketing. Conceptualized, developed and designed seasonal window displays and in-store signage, concepted out-of-home campaigns for new market launches, and designed direct mail for U.S. CRM. Successfully managed and mentored a team of graphic designers across 23 countries around the world.
